LOOK WHO'S BUYING CONFECTIONS, MAKING COMMITMENTS, CLIMBING MOUNTAINS

Just Truffles is grand central for star-sighting in St. Paul. George Shearing, Hal Linden, Florence Henderson, Yo-Yo Ma, and Luciano Pavarotti, to name a few, have been seen loitering in the shop, in the lobby of The St. Paul hotel.
Lucky Luciano is a huge fan. He wore an elastic gold band from a Just Truffles box on his left wrist during his Civic Center concert. "I wore it for you," he later swore to shop founder Kathleen O'Hehir Johnson, bowing low to kiss her hand. She created the Tenor's Temptation rum-coconut truffle in honor of Mr. P's visit. Ian Maclaren, traveling in the tenor's entourage, smuggled a quartet of the treats to Luciano, who proclaimed them "bellissimo."
Very big comic Scott Hansen is a devoted Just Truffles customer, but buys them for gifts only and doesn't personally indulge. Slim, trim Jim Scheibel is a devoted customer who does indulge - a lot. You figure it out.
